Strawberry, green apple, marzipan, star fruit
The Roba and Family washing station was established in 2011 as a family venture, along with a 40-hectare plantation (about 99 acres).
To create this natural-style coffee, red cherry is laid out and dried on raised beds. Currently, the station has 250 beds, covered in mess wire; next year, the goal is to increase to 280 beds. The station also has a private warehouse that’s rented out, and a goal of someday establishing a mill as well.
This coffee in this region is known for having a cup that finishes with notes of lemon citrus, blueberry and cherry.
