Order Cutoff and Shipping Times

Genuine Origin ships orders on the next available business day to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. The cutoff time for shipments to ship out on the next business day is 11:59pm EST. For example: an order placed on Monday at 11pm EST will ship out on Tuesday.

Genuine Origin ships coffee from its warehouses in Mechanicsburg, PA (zipcode 17055), Houston, TX (zipcode 77021) and Kent, WA (zipcode 98032). In general, we ship from the warehouse closest to your address if there is available stock. The maps above are a general representation of transit times from our warehouses to different states and may change. LTL Shipping = FREE, too!!!

Order 12 or more boxes (just 780lbs) and you can choose to have your coffee shipped to via LTL (Less than Truckload). Your coffee will be palletized for FREE and it will show up on a truck with a liftgate, in case you need it. Genuine Origin only ships to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States.
