By viewing or browsing The Genuine Origin Coffee Project websites, mobile applications or online services (collectively, “Site”), you are agreeing to our standard Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you have any questions, please contact us at info@genuineorigin.com

If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Intellectual Property: The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Genuine Origin and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

User Content and Interactive Features: The Site may include interactive areas, in which you or other users create or post content ("User Content"). User Content is publicly-viewable and you agree to be responsible for your User Content and not post anything unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Genuine Origin will retain editorial rights and may remove items at its discretion. Genuine Origin will not be responsible for content added by third parties.

Termination: We doubt it will every come to this, but Genuine Origin reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Links to Other Websites: From time to time, we may reference and link to other websites and online resources not owned or controlled by Genuine Origin therefore we cannot assume responsibility for the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States.
